Important notice for Agent users
This release has an important update to Agent installers for all Agent users.
Due to certificate changes with the Agent installer, any installer generated up to, and including, version 1.32.6, will no longer be able to install the Agents beyond February 10th 2026.
Agents that have not been able to successfully ‘Call Home’ between this release and Feb 10th will not report any new findings.
Please ensure that a new installer is built using version 1.32.14 before February 10th to continue deploying new Agents.
Any Agents that fail to call home successful or report new findings after February 10th, please ensure they are running version 1.32.14.
New Features
Portal
Added Relative Time Filtering
It is now possible to filter date/time fields using either Absolute time or Relative time.
The Quick filter offers the most common options.
The Relative filter allows you to select timeframes, and also shows what dates/times that timeframe will include to ensure that the selected options includes the dates required.
Relative Time filters are perfect for saving in a ‘View Template’ to ensure you always see the same timeframe in your views and reports, such as always seeing Vulnerabilities found in the last 60 days.
Improved Asset Group Filters
When filtering Asset Groups, a new option has been added to ‘Include unmatched subgroups’ to enable searching for top level Asset groups and still see of of their contained Asset groups.
Status transitions notifications now include comments
When a finding’s status changes, any associated comment content is now included in the sent notification. This ensures important context added during status updates is not missed.
Bug Fixes and Minor Improvements
Portal
Updated the pop-up wording when deleting an Integration to make it clearer that associated Events will also be deleted.
Improved filtering performance when filtering by Tags in the Scans view.
Fixed usage of multiple SMB credentials during a scan, so all credentials are now sent and then cycled through, rather than just the first set.
Fixed an issue with Download animations not showing.
Fixed an issues when exporting reports from Asset Groups would occasionally result in an Internal Server error.
Updated excel reports exported from from Asset Groups to ensure they contain Asset Name.
Updated the scoring trend for the Vulnerability Catalog to ensure it better represents the scores.
Changed the way we report when a vulnerability doesn't have an EPSS score so that it doesn't default to zero.
Updated the exported pdf report to ensure better alignment of text and images.
Fixed an issue with Webhooks where they would not render due to exceeding the maximum size.
Fixed an issue with Webhooks not triggering correctly, resulting in only one Webhook being sent when multiple were required.
Fixed an issue with Webhooks where headers are sometimes encoded twice.
Fixed an issue with Azure AD SSO where Password authentication was set, introducing a checkbox to control password authentication settings.
Fixed an issue when editing Tags which could result in a duplicate Tag.
Improved the text wrapping when viewing the Scale authentication list.
Fixed an issue when handling Japanese characters in some document sections when creating PDF reports.
Outscan RC
Fixed an issue where Discovery scans were taking too long when scanning the local subnet.
Outscan (Classic)
Fixed an issue where Download Manager was only visible for the main user.
Fixed an issue where, on rare occasions, PCI reports in the Download Manager would show an error.
Fixed an issue with exported PDF reports where Risk Factor explanation was missing.
Fixed an issue with handling Japanese characters in some document sections when creating PDF reports.
Fixed an issue with mismatching Event names on Event Notifications.
HIAB
Fixed an issue with Offline updates where an error was shown in the Download Manager.
Fixed an issue with DNS lookups not being performed correctly.
Updated the SMTP test to properly handle SMTP configurations.
