New Features
Portal
Solution and Delta exporting
We have now added the ability to export Solution and Delta reports from within Portal, alongside the standard Vulnerability report.
Alongside this, based on user feedback some significant improvements have been made in how reports can be generated, including:
Added the ability to generate a report from within the Vulnerabilities view. Just right click to generate a report on everything you see on screen, or check the findings you want in the report, and select Generate Report.
Significantly simplified the ad-hoc report generation dialog box. The Report Generation dialog now excludes those options around customizing the content of the report, as this is now reflected in what has already been filtered.
The findings in any Ad-Hoc (non-scheduled) reports now reflects the findings as they are seen on screen. Just apply the filters to show only the information you want in the report and generate the report.
When a report is generated the ‘Report Scheduled’ popup is now central to your screen, and far more obvious. We have also added a countdown to show when the popup will disappear.
UX improvements
Introduced a range of small but impactful UX improvements across the platform to make the overall experience more intuitive for users. Built on user insights, these updates aim to simplify common actions and improve overall flow. Some of those improvements include:
Added a confirmation dialog when removing tags directly from table rows to prevent accidental deletions.
Required fields will no longer give an error before users have even had the chance to start entering data.
Refined use of the blue primary color in headings for better visual hierarchy and consistency.
Users added to email-based Event Notifications now look like users and not tags!
New Filter: “Only Active” View for Asset Groups Overview
We have introduced a new toggle to help users focus on data from active subscriptions within the Asset Groups:
New button group lets users switch between All asset groups and Only active.
Only active shows data only from assets with an active subscription.
Bug Fixes and Minor Improvements
Portal
Added an Asset IDs column to the Asset Groups table view.
Added new Event Notifications for Asset Groups when a Asset Group is Added, Deleted, or Modified.
Fixed an issue where symbols (for example, Japanese characters) were not displaying correctly in exported PDF reports.
Fixed an issue where the Top 10 Findings section was missing or incorrectly shown as “None” in exported reports for SWAT assets.
Fixed an issue where clicking on scans with an
Issuesstatus caused the info panel to take over the screen with no way to close it.Fixed an issue preventing sub-users with multiple resource groups from exporting reports from an Asset Group.
Fixed an issue where severity values were not sorting correctly in the Portal, which also impacted the accuracy of the Top 10 Findings shown in Asset Groups.
Netsec
Updated Portal report exports to remove the OWASP Top 10 section and reinstate the Top 10 Solutions, aligning with the classic export format.
The Update External Tags option for an Asset is enable only when Agents are active on the account.

End of Life Announcement

We are announcing the end of life of the teddysalad.outpost24.com agent endpoint.
We will be moving teddysalad.outpost24.com to be part of outscan.outpost24.com, so make sure that all agents are able to access both hosts until the transition is completed.

We are announcing the End of Life of all Agent versions prior to 1.32.2. From the ‘End of Support’ date all older Agents will stop to call home and need to be upgraded for communications to resume.
