Purpose
This article describes how to run Cloud Discovery on HIAB.
Introduction
With Cloud Discovery on HIAB, you can run cloud asset enumeration directly from a HIAB appliance by leveraging your AWS or Azure credentials. This feature enables HIAB to query cloud APIs, discover virtual resources like instances and services, and integrate them into your on-premises scanning environment. This approach streamlines asset visibility, reduces network scanning overhead, and consolidates discovery and assessment workflows all within your HIAB infrastructure.
Cloud Discovery help clients discover assets on customer’s cloud provider, such as AWS or Azure. With the newest update, clients can choose a scanner as well.
