Planned Maintenance for Outscan | June 14, 2026

Introduction

Outpost24 will be relocating the Outscan database. This change is intended to improve availability and redundancy, as well as enhance performance by reducing latency between the application and the database.

During our maintenance window on May 10th, we identified some post‑migration issues and rolled back the changes to ensure continued stability. Since then, our team has been making the necessary improvements and running additional tests to prevent these issues from recurring.

We’re now planning a second migration attempt on Sunday, May 24. If, for any reason, we’re not fully confident proceeding at that time, we’ll postpone and make a new attempt on Sunday, June 14 instead. This approach ensures we only move forward when we’re confident the update will deliver the best possible outcome.
Update: The maintenance on May 24 has been cancelled due to an extended quality assurance period. We are now preparing to relocate the database on June 14th instead.
