Does Pulse offer an API for use?

Yes. an API based on JSON:API v1.0 specifications is available for use.

Additionally an API2Syslog Adaptor, API2Syslog (using LEEF) Adaptor, as well as a Pulse Add-On for Splunk Enterprise 6.4+ is also available for use.
